NO MASK, NO SERVICE. All staff and clients must wear a mask over nose and mouth at all times. No exceptions.
We have new disinfecting guidelines, which include cleaning and sanitizing all stations and common areas between each appointment.
Upon entry to the salon, each person will sanitize their hands and have their temperature checked.
We are limiting the number of people in the salon, and adhering to social distancing between employees and clients. This includes our waiting area. You may need to wait outside the salon until you have been invited in.
As numbers are limited, only the PAYING CLIENT will be allowed in the salon. NO COMPANIONS, FRIENDS, OR CHILDREN ALLOWED.
Services will be by appointment only – no walk-ins permitted.
As appointments are at a minimum, upon booking we will require credit card information to secure your appointment. Any appointment canceled within 24hrs will be charged for the full cost of service. Upon checkout, cashless transactions are preferred.
We will not be serving beverages for the time being. No eating inside the salon.
Please use valet parking at Gracias Madre or park at your own risk as we will not be feeding car meters for the moment until we have more staff on.
We love hugs and handshakes, however we will be a no-contact zone for the time being.
