SAFETY IS OUR NUMBER ONE PRIORITY
We have disinfecting guidelines, which include cleaning and sanitizing all stations and common areas.
Kindness policy
We are committed to providing an exceptional experience for every guest and every member of our team and kindly ask that all interactions remain respectful and courteous. We do not tolerate rude, abusive, or disrespectful behavior toward our team.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if these expectations are not met.
CANCELLATION POLICY
As appointments are at a minimum, upon booking we will require credit card information to secure your appointment.
Any appointment canceled within 24hrs will be charged up to the full cost of service.
NO SHOW POLICY
No show appointments will be charged the full amount of the service missed.
Without giving notice, we are unable to fill your slot, resulting in lost time and lost wages.
LATENESS POLICY
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment so that you may be prepped.
Lateness of over 15 minutes can severely impact the rest of a stylist’s schedule and will be subject to forfeit of the appointment and a same day cancellation fee.
REFUND / REDO POLICY
We do not issue refunds. If you are unhappy with a service for any reason, we are always to happy to adjust it within 7 days.
If the opportunity for an adjustment is declined, the service is considered complete. A change of heart or vision does not qualify as a redo.
PARKING
We highly suggest giving yourself extra time to find parking due to the construction that the neighborhood is currently undergoing.
Metered parking is available around the salon on Melrose, Almont, Santa Monica Blvd., or the parking structure at the library on San Vicente.
CREDIT CARD POLICY
For your awareness, credit cards will be subject to a processing fee. This fee is set by credit card companies and is not retained by us. Debit card transactions along with cash are not subject to extra fees. Thank you for your understanding.
